Green Smoothie Recipe!

Green smoothies are an excellent way to get an array of healthy ingredients in one meal! Whether you’re short on time, or just love smoothies they are a delicious addition to your day requiring very little prep time, or clean up! Here is a recipe we enjoy at The Healing Center Denver:
- Mixed Greens (Kale/ spinach/ Chard) to fill blender
- 1 Cucumber
- ½ an Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Chia/ Hemp/ or Flax Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Frozen Fruit of Your Choice: Blueberries/ Raspberries/ Mango/Cherries/ Apple
- ½ Packet of Frozen Acai
- Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Water to Desired Thickness
