She managed the office for over 3 years, where she learned a lot about prevention through diet and lifestyle. So motivated to make a change to our Standard American Diet, Danielle recently moved to Denver to attend Nutrition Therapy Institute. She is passionate about helping people on their quest for better health and we feel lucky to have her at The Healing Center as of January 2013.
Fun facts about Danielle is she played soccer for over 20 years finishing her career overseas in Iceland where she played professionally. Her college team was recently inducted into the Saint Louis University Hall of Fame for holding the best record and for being the first team ever in SLU’s history to make it to the NCAA tournament. Now that her soccer career has ended she mostly enjoys hiking, studying and yoga in her free time.

Scott Richardson – MS, LAc
Having studied in San Diego, China, and Taiwan, Scott has had the opportunity to learn from some of the top acupuncturists in the world. He honed those skills while working on cruise ships for 2 years, where he had a very short time to achieve results with his treatments. With most cruises being 7-12 days, if the patient wasn’t seeing results before they left, they weren’t satisfied. Thanks to his superior training, Scott was consistently one of the top over 100 acupuncturists working on cruise ships world wide. He treated royalty, professional athletes, elite business professionals, and even the ship’s captain, some of whom still see him here in Denver. As an Ironman Triathlete, Scott has a unique insight into the needs of athletes and active people. Whether someone is a professional athlete with a very specific exercise regime or a weekend warrior, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a great way to keep their body in balance and in the healthiest condition possible. One of the main reasons Scott chose to move to Denver was because of its reputation for healthy, active communities.
