May is National Celiac Awareness month and one of The Healing Center’s favorite events is the Gluten Intolerance Group’s Chef to Plate Campaign. This campaign is meant to bring about more awareness surrounding gluten intolerance through restaurants that cater to gluten-free diners. The campaign asks restaurants to provide its clientele with education table tents to celebrate the month. In the past year, the campaign has more than doubled in size, as any restaurant with a gluten-free menu can add itself to the list by filling out a simple form. We’d love to hear what some of your gluten-free restaurants are—Please let us know in a comment, and get them to participate! There are far more gluten-free restaurants in Denver that could be participating in this campaign.
