The Dangers of Sugar

The American Heart Association lists the following foods as containing high amounts of refined sugars.

Refined sugar will appear in product labels under other names, such as:

 What are the dangers of refined sugar?

Not only are sugary foods high in calories, but it also suppresses your immune system, can cause sleep problems, weight gain and feed the bad bacteria growth in your belly. Refine sugars can wreak havoc on your body.
